The seminar was perfect, what i have learned about the Body Language will be useful for me forever. Vasiliki is an amazing trainer, I attended another seminar recently and she is just amazing at what she does!!!

Highly communicative seminar with many innovative methods but also ideas for managing our anger and dealing with it in general. We got a lot of ideas for anger and conflict management. Vasiliki was Perfect!!!

Through this seminar we learned about activating the parasympathetic part of our brain! At the same time, we were given important techniques and methods to deal with stress immediately. Ms. Christofi was very contagious and had examples for all occasions which makes it easier to memorize the things she presented!

The content of the seminar was presented to us through many real examples and analyzes where it was very understandable. The trainer was very positive and transmittable.

Pleasant and enjoyable seminar which gave us useful tips that can be used in our workplace. The time passed pleasantly and constructively through the presentation of Vassiliki. Vassiliki is very happy, positive, communicative and transmits her knowledge happily.
