Ms. Elena Michailidou, with continuous training and years of experience in Office Management, is a member of Conicon’s team for the past year and is at the heart of Customer Service, Seminars organization, Training activities and Office Management.
Previously, she has worked for a 10-year term in a Multinational Company in Cyprus as an Office Administrator, being in charge of a broad and multi-dimensional range of responsibilities that was aiming the smooth, orderly and efficient operation of the office. Ms. Michaelidou has a very good knowledge of Greek and English language both in writing and verbal.
She holds a Diploma of Secretarial Studies from the Frederic Institute of Technology and the “Office Management Program” Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management UK.
Over the past 5 years, she has attended various seminars and had specified trainings on customer care, service and communication, and also she has enriched her knowledge and skills by methods, tools and techniques that are relevant to her work and beyond.
