It enables them to 1. Set monthly objectives by product and break it to weekly for better focusing 2. Develop an action plan for the month and define key customer actions with expected results and 3. Work on a monthly basis on learning the products in depth, study our competitive advantages compared to those of competitors .

The tool enables salespeople to give feedback at weekly meetings by asking key questions in relation to actual Vs. budgeted results: Why? What? How? Why we achieved or haven’t achieved desired results? What can we do next week? How should we do it to achieve results?
