The assessors / Heads and the Appraised feel that:
- Performance Appraisals is an inevitable but often boring and standard work
- Performance Appraisals are probably creating problems rather than help
- The Performance Appraisals are subjective and do not correspond to reality
- During Performance Appraisals there are created conflicts, bad feelings, tension, nerves.One of the main causes, if not the main one is the way of the meeting / assessment interviews and especially regarding the capabilities of the Head during the Performance Appraisals interview.
