Why I Created ConnectDots

I didn’t create ConnectDots because businesses lack goals.

Or because they don’t have KPIs.

Or because they don’t use ERP systems, reports, or dashboards.

I created it because all of these already exist — but they are disconnected.

Over 30 years of working inside businesses in Cyprus and internationally, I kept seeing the same pattern:

  • Strategy that remains theoretical or abstract.
  • Goals that don’t speak to each other
  • KPIs that are measured but don’t drive decisions and Objective Key Results (OKRs) to correct, improve, or build business capabilities that drive results.
  • Meetings that create discussion, opinions, noise, not movement.
  • Processes that exist only for ISO audits.
  • ERP and digital tools that work… but not for strategy.

And the most dangerous part?
Businesses that perform “well enough” but could perform dramatically better.

The problem was never the tools

It was the missing connections.

In practice, what I consistently saw was this:

  • Strategy never reached day-to-day execution or was absent in favor of plans and budgets.
  • People didn’t understand how their work linked to results.
  • KPIs failed to shape behavior.
  • Management burned out in micromanagement and firefighting.

What was missing was a system that:

  • connects strategy, goals, KPIs, and actions.
  • aligns people and roles.
  • and most importantly creates execution rhythm.

ConnectDots is not theory

It is an execution system.

ConnectDots was designed precisely to close these gaps, not by adding more tools. But by connecting the ones already in place.

The real bet is getting the entire business to operate as one system.

And that is why I created ConnectDots.

Because:
