The Office Management Program
This is an intensive program recognized by ILM, that concentrates on developing the skills and techniques you need to run an Office effectively and at the same time equip you with the ability to manage yourself and others. The program is designed to enhance your existing skills with modern and state of the art competences and know – how in order to build up your confidence, to create a dynamic and efficient office working environment while influencing systems and people to work effectively together to achieve the desired results.
