Το πελατολόγιο μας περιλαμβάνει Εταιρείες Διαχείρισης Πλοίων και Πληρωμάτων, Πρακτορεία Πληρωμάτων Ναυτιλιακής Εταιρείας καθώς και Προμηθευτές Προϊόντων και Υπηρεσιών Ναυτιλίας. Εστιάζουμε στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή συστημάτων διαχείρισης σύμφωνα με τα Διεθνή Πρότυπα και Κανονισμούς, Νομοθεσίες Ναυτιλίας καθώς επίσης και στην ενδυνάμωση των ικανοτήτων του προσωπικού και εφαρμογή των συστημάτων και τεχνικών για παραγωγή μετρήσιμων αποτελεσμάτων.

Σχεδιασμός Ανάπτυξη και Εφαρμογή ενός Ποιοτικού Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ασφαλείας για 20 Εταιρείες Διαχείρισης Πλοίων με γραφεία στην Κύπρο, στη Δανία, στη Συρία, Ιορδανία και στη Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα.

Αξιολόγηση Ασφαλείας Πλοίων (SSA) και Ενσωμάτωση της Παροχής ISPS στο υπάρχον διοικητικό σύστημα Εταιρειών Διαχείρισης Πλοίων.

Ανάπτυξη του Πλαισίου το οποίο περιλαμβάνει μια ανάλυση κενού για την ενσωμάτωση των Κριτηρίων της Σύμβασης Ναυτικής Εργασίας (MCL) σε υπάρχοντα συστήματα στη ξηρά και στα σκάφη Διαχειριστών Πλοίων, Διευθυντών Επάνδρωσης, Εταιρειών Εξεύρεσης πληρώματος.

Σύμβαση Ναυτικής Εργασίας 2006 (MLC 2006) σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιήθηκε για εταιρεία Διαχείριση Πλοίων.

Εκπαίδευση για Εσωτερικούς Ελεγκτές, ένα πρόγραμμα για ποιοτικά, περιβαλλοντικά και ασφαλή διοικητικά συστήματα, σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιήθηκε για πελάτες μας που ασχολούνται με τη διαχείριση πλοίων και ναυτιλιακά θέματα.

4η Γενιά Διαχείρισης Χρόνου σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιήθηκε για μια εταιρεία διαχείρισης πλωτών ξενοδοχείων στην Αυστρία.
