How can we Contribute?

The Women In Leadership Programme is designed exclusively for women who desire to climb up the ladder and advance their careers as recognized leaders in their sector, and either have or will take over managerial or leadership positions.

The programme aims to give you knowledge and skills on innovative leadership methods, leadership communication methods, vertical growth methods, and workplace environment handling methods.

Through this programme you will learn how to overcome the existing barriers within an already established male dominant working environment and you will be able to recognize and understand the differences in communication between men and women.

Once you complete the programme you will receive a certificate endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK, a professional body, member ilm which is the largest professional body in the field of Leadership and Management..

It is practical, flexible, and cost-effective.
