Office Management Programme is considered a very practical programme. Throughout interactive group and individual exercises, case studies and role playing the trainers of the programme will identify your strong points and in addition will identify which fields you need to improve.

The first 2 days focus on how the participants can be effective leaders and inspire their team in order to achieve the desirable results. Alongside to the participants will be given tools which can be used for planning and coordination of their team so that they can increase their effectiveness and efficiency and also to actively contribute in the successful achievement of their organizational goals.
