Non-verbal communication (Body Language) is highly effective and can either strengthen or even destroy our verbal communication and our Persuasion.
Few people know the secrets and techniques of the Body Language and therefore do not use it for their benefit. Because the Body Language is spontaneous, education is needed for people to use it according to circumstances for their benefit.
