On the 28th February 2017 took place the 13th conference with topic «Empowerment of the woman», in which i was invited as a guest spokeswoman by the Worldwide Organization of Lions Clubs to speak about Stress Management.

I was the first spokeswoman as it was expected because of the topic i had to present. During my speech i gave 5 practical and important steps which can anyone use in order to drastically reduce the anxiety/stress symptoms.

The audience was really interested on the subject and they were ready to answer any question i have asked them.

It was a wonderful experience and an honour at the same time!
