Everyday life and our workload often drift us away and do not allow us to Communicate with Diplomacy, having as a result creating tensions and not having the desired results.

At the seminar we learned in practice how to have the desired results using the techniques of diplomacy and discretion.

Alongside there were given practical tools and personalized advice to each participant so that they can immediately see the change and the improvement of communication skills.
