Exercise of formation of effective questions in performance appraisals scenarios

One of the most important skills during the evaluation interview is LISTENING. Part of effective listening is the ability of Questions.

The most appropriate questions are open-ended. How, On Which Way, Why, What do you mean etc. This way the appraised is forced to give more information to the Manager

Moreover the questions with listening show that the Manager has real interest in understanding before diagnosing. This way the trust to the Heads is raised to a significant extent.
