We learned about the basic knowledge / techniques of secretarial staff. The advantages of the seminar are that it has shown us how important the role of the secretarial staff is. The secretary is the image of every business. We have been given useful material, which can improve the quality of our work and our daily lives. Vasiliki was very helpful and contagious. She was kind with nice energy. I will make sure to attend other seminars that interest me with Vassiliki!
