HOW CONICON SUPPORTED THIS PROJECT:
- Preparation of effective Business Plans for all group companies.
- Establishing a communication framework through which feedback was received by all departments at the stage of Business Plan Preparation. The project included the implementation of a review and monitoring mechanism of Business Plans on a monthly basis. As part of the Business Planning Process, the organizational structure has been redefined in order to direct Human Resources, as well as other resources, toward value added processes.
